Shipment methods

GENERAL SHIPMENT INFORMATION

• Orders will be delivered within 24/28 hours after having received payment (business days).*
• Each product has a different shipping time, and the duration is subject to availability of stock. Please keep in mind that the delivery times are subject to the selected shipment method and the delivery location.
• All of our shipments are sent with the maximum protection to guarantee the perfect condition of the product upon delivery.*¹
• All of our shipments have a tracking number.

*   Only valid for products in stock.
*1 If the package or product is damaged upon reception, please contact us immediately (see section "Returns Policy").

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The default transport company is MRW. There is also the option of receiving material via other shipping agencies (Envialia, Nacex, GLS...).

DELIVERY TIMES

• Shipments to the peninsula have an estimated delivery time between 24 and 48h.
• Shipments to the Balearic islands have an estimated delivery time between 48 and 72h.
• Shipments to the Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla have an estimated delivery time between 3 and 5 business days.

* If FREE shipment is activated, the delivery times are exactly the same.

* Shipment to clients in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, have a minimum cost of 18€ (depending on the shipment cost selected and/or the product's characteristics).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The default transport company is GLS. There is also the option of receiving material via other transport agencies (DHL, EMS (Correos), TNT...).

ATTENTION (IMPORT COSTS)

• The delivery of packages outside the European Union may be delayed relative to the destination country, since it is subject to each country's customs import conditions.
  
• The client is responsible for paying the product's import costs as stipulated by their destination country's customs agency.

Shipment to Canary Islands:

• Products shipped to the Canary islands are exempt of VAT tax applied to the products sold within the territory of Spain. However, they must submit to their own import policies of the Canary Islands, which means that the client is responsible for the territories own import tax (IGIC).
