Audi Navigation System Plus:
- The new Audi Navigation System Plus integrated into the MMI (Multi Media Interface) which can be incorporated and the A3, TT and R8, offers a higher screen resolution and at speeds incomparable to calculate routes.
- The radio navigation system version E (RNS-E) can be combined with the sound of Audi that reads SD memory cards up to 32 GB.
- The most obvious improvement is found in the 6.5-inch screen, which you can see the graphics in high resolution (800 x 480 pixels).
- The route calculation is also now much faster thanks to a next generation processor running at 600 MHz on the screen and, with the recommended route, you can know the speed limits stored in the browser to motorways.
- In the topographic view of the map, driver and front passenger can move around the screen in vertical, horizontal, and now along the route, if desired.
- You can also incorporate data stored externally or iPod-type MP3 players through the connection to the Audi stereo available as part of optional equipment. Another added advantage is that this connection serves both to replenish these external devices.
- The Audi Navigation System Plus comes with an intuitive operating system OS that lets you navigate the menus in a logical way, the same as using the latest generation of Audi MMI.
- You can see on the screen the title of the songnot file, and this facilitates the search through the entire music collection.
- At the rear of the screen, which can be accessed by pressing a button that turns it, there are two slots for SD and SDHC cards for up to 32 GB. This is enough to store about 14,000 songs, roughly equivalent to 700 hours of sound, or a month of uninterrupted music listening.
